How can I make a reservation ?

You can call our number for information but the reservation needs to be done on the website.

Why do I need to provide my phone number and my e-mail ?

When booking a ride, we send you a message confirming the driver’s arrival. The number can also help the driver if he needs to get in contact with you. The email will be used to send you the invoice for each ride. We will not communicate your private information to a third partie in any way.

Do I get charged for the subscription ?

No. The suscription is entirely free of charge.

What is the difference between a private car with driver and a taxi ?

We try to bring you the quality of service inspired by the Grande Remise, that goes beyond the typical taxi transportation service, with a considerate, gracious and discreet professional driver,
We provide for services such as a Wifi connexion, smartphone chargers and refreshments.
The ipads available on board our vehicles will allow you to access the internet but also enjoy the apps (entertainment, news, games…).

Am I covered in case of accident ?

The clients of KEEMDELUXE are insured just like they were on board a taxi. The physical and material injuries inflicted when you are in our vehicles are covered by the transportation service insurance hold by our company.

What happens if the time of my flight changed ?

Our computer system is connected to the Airport info service. It allows us to send your driver to pick you up at the exact time of your flight’s arrival, based on your flight’s number. If your flight is delayed, you don’t need to notify us. If your flight gets in early, your driver will be there earlier too.

Can I pick the itinerary I want ?

The price of the ride is fixed and the itinerary is computer optimized to take you to your final destination in the shortest possible time. However, you have the option to let the driver know you have a favorite itinerary. He will accommodate you within reason. He will accommodate you within reason.

Is it possible to order several vehicles at the same time ?

Is it possible to make a reservation in advance ?

You can book from 30 days to an hour in advance. When you make your reservation, please indicate the exact day and time for the pick up, along with your detail information. You’ll receive a confirmation message the day prior to your ride.

Eco, Sedans, Vans : Which vehicle to pick ?

KEEMDELUXE offers 3 types of vehicles, according to your needs :
Sedan : luxury fleet (Mercedes E-Class et BMW 5 Serie).
Executive : Peugeot 508, Peugeot 508 Hybrid4, Citroen C5, Mercedes CLA.
Van : Volkswagen Caravelle, Mercedes Viano, Mercedes Class V.
The price varies according to the type of vehicle you will be selecting and will be attributed to you.

What if the chauffeur doesn’t show up ?

In some exceptional instances, the chauffeur can have difficulties to arrive on time (accident on the road, mechanical problem, etc.). In this case, you will be immediately informed and the ride will be reattributed to another chauffeur. You obviously have also the possibility to book another reservation.
