Is the Premium Escort service free?

The service will be charged 50€/h.
However, the driver will be at your only service and will be assisting you in all your format proceedings.
The parking fees for the first hour are free.

How do I obtain a receipt for a ride ?

As it is required for you to give an email address to open a customer account, you will be able to receive the invoice via email upon request. It is noteworthy that your previous and upcoming rides are all accessible on your customer account.

What are the driver’s waiting fees ?

The driver will contact you to make sure you are aware of his arrival and will be waiting for you for 10 minutes without any extra charges. After the 10 minutes waiting time, you will be charged €0.50 /mn within a 10mn limit of extra waiting time (maximum 5.00€). Beyond this delay and without any contact from you, the driver will have the freedom to leave. In this situation, the total amount for the waiting time will be charged (20 min * €0.50 = €10) along with the fee for the ride. How long can the driver wait for me ? After how long does he leave ?

The driver will wait for you for as long as you request him to. The hourly waiting time fee is €0.50 / min. Once the free waiting time has passed (10 minutes), if you haven’t contacted us nor have returned our calls and texts messages, he is free to go and the ride will be charged along with the 20 minutes waiting time for €0.50 / min.

Is the price of a KEEMDELUXE chauffeured car more expensive than a taxi ride ?

Can I still have a receipt if I pay the ride with cash ?

If you pay with cash on board, you will receive your receipt by email upon request.

Why do I have to open an account ?

You need an account to have access to all your past and future orders. You also need an account for better management and to facilitate and speed up the booking when you’ll be returning for more orders (even if our booking process is one of the fastest).

What are the information details needed to create a customer account ?

You must give your first and last name, an email address and a valid telephone number. Those informations will never be shared to a third party.
